Heather and Kenny were from Las Vegas and they came to Laguna Beach to get married! We laughed a little because it's usually the other way around. They had an intimate ceremony on the beach with their parents and kids. It was so perfect that day! Here is a picture from their "intimates" session.

Mel + Dean Wedding [TEASER]

If you noticed, this groom looks a lot like Jay from the last post! It's because they are brothers! Dean and Melanie ended up booking me after seeing Jay and Laura's engagement shoot. I love shooting through referrals! This was shot at the Double Tree in Santa Ana by John Wayne Airport. The ceremony was at a Catholic Church. Here is a sneak peek at some shots from their wedding.

This is Laura and Jay, they are a great bunch of people. I friend I work with a lot messaged me last minute in crisis. They had this shoot planned out and there was problems with their last photographer. They needed this shoot done in the next few days I was was luckily available. It was so fun and was shot at Angles Flight in Los Angeles. I can't wait to shoot their wedding in 2012!

Virginia and Harrison esession [TEASER]

Man oh man have I been slacking on the blogging! It's been a VERY crazy summer and I have been booked beyond booked. I am trying to just post as much as I can today. I know I hope I can post and keep it up to date but alas, there is only one of me manning my internet blog and website.

Anyway! Back to the happy couple! Virginia is my long time friend from middle school so I was so happy when she decided to book me to take pictures on her special day! Here is a picture from their engagement shoot!

Danielle + Trent Engagement shoot

Danielle and Trent suggested us shoot around their neighborhood in Seal Beach. I have never been there and I am always excited about shooting in a new place! We found this cute train that was a museum and we shot on the pier. They were such great sports! Danielle sat on everything with those white pants on! Best of luck on wedding planning and I am sure it will be as beautiful as ever!

Jennifer's Maternity/family shoot

Jennifer brought her daughter and husband along for this shoot! I love shooting maternity shoots outside. They were such good sports and sat in the grass! I love it when my clients are not afraid to get down and dirty! Jennifer actually had their daughter and I recently took pictures for their 2 week old. I will post those when I have a chance to blog about it ;) , still catching up on my late blogs!

This shoot was through Bliss. I do independent contracting through them when they need extra help :)

Monique had a girl!

If you guys can remember I shot Monique's maternity pictures. She had her baby and she is 10 weeks old! She was so photogenic and looked directly into the camera! what a joy and she fell asleep towards the end. We started with some studio lights (the first two pictures) and we ended with a few with the natural light at my studio. Enjoy!

Tim and Tammy's Engagement shoot

Some couples choose to do their formals before the wedding, not hours before but months before! It seems like it's popular withing the Vietnamese community because they have the formal portraits blown up on a canvas and hung out at the reception. Tim and Tammy chose to do this option. They also changed and did some casual. Here are a few pictures from that shoot. Can't wait till their wedding in July!

Brittany and Zach are having a baby!

My friend from middle school/highschool contacted me about shooting her pregnancy pictures. The last time I saw her was at her wedding when I did her makeup a few years ago. After brainstorming I convinced her into doing an outdoor pregnancy shoot. I love the feel of the outside wilderness ;). There was this really sweet moment when I was shooting Brittany by herself and Zach was behind me and he said "she is so beautiful." that made me smile so much and I am glad to see that they love each other so much.
